Our team needs an outgoing, energetic and self-motivated person for a full-time position as a Member Services Representative.
If you have good communication skills and are good at math, you may be successful in this role. Duties include opening new accounts, handling cash transactions with our members in person and often on the phone. Our team needs someone who’s positive, professional and motivated. It’s a bonus if you’re interested in serving the financial needs for people of modest income. We value experience that includes knowledge of banking systems or skill using Office 365, Word, Excel and Outlook, but we would also consider training you.

We require, at a minimum, a high school diploma or GED. Experience in cash handling and customer server are a must.
