Heat Saver Loan
For consumers looking to finance energy-efficient upgrades consider the Heat Saver Loan with low rates and affordable terms; use the savings generated by your upgrade to help repay your loan. Eligible loan items include the cost of labor, installation, equipment, materials, taxes, shipping, any permit or loan application fees, any applicable inspection charges, and more.
The Property Assessed Clean Energy (PACE) program is a way of financing energy efficient home improvements by borrowing money and tying the payments to a property rather than to you the owner. PACE financing payments may be transferred to a new homeowner at any time, including before the assessment has been paid off. Contact Efficiency of Vermont to start the energy audit and find out how you can save on long term energy costs.
